Ingredients (12)

500.00 g mince — pork or mixed pork and beef
1.00 onion — grated
1.00 garlic — large cloves, crushed
5.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
20.00 ml ginger — ground
15.00 ml vinegar — wine
10.00 ml soy sauce
30.00 g breadcrumbs — fresh
25.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
50.00 ml stock — meat
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Blend all the ingredients, except the oil, and shape into 24 small balls. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until done. Serve hot or cold.
Makes 24 meatballs.
