125.00 ml maize meal
125.00 ml flour — cake
10.00 ml Baking powder
1.00 ml salt
100.00 ml milk — lukewarm
25.00 ml butter — melted
1.00 eggs — whisked

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC and spray an ovenproof dish with non-stick spray. Prepare the tomato and mince mixture as described and spoon into the prepared dish. Sift the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Beat the remaining ingredients together, add to the dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon over the mince mixture, spreading evenly, and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and done.
Serves 4-6.
