Ingredients (7)

2.00 ice cream — vanilla
225.00 g condensed milk
125.00 ml cream
2.00 ml vanilla — essence
50.00 g chocolate
100.00 g tennis biscuits — crushed
125.00 ml mixed nuts — almonds, peanuts and pecan nuts, chopped

Method:

Mix the ice cream, condensed milk, cream and vanilla essence. Add the chocolate bar, Tennis biscuits and nuts and mix. Spoon into a plastic ring mould or any other plastic container. Cover and freeze until hard. Unmould on a serving platter just before serving if using a ring mould. Alternatively, serve scoops of the ice cream.
Makes 2,5 litres ice cream.
