Ingredients (8)

4.00 sweetcorn
5.00 ml chicken
1.00 sap van 1 suurlemoen
250.00 g kersietamaties
2.00 bossies spring onions — chopped
2.00 pakkies roketblare
60.00 ml suurroom
5.00 ml salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

1. Kook die mielies in vinnig kokende water
vir sowat 8 minute. Dreineer. Vryf die mielies
oraloor met olyfolie en braai dit in ‘n braaipan totdat dit gaar is en swart spikkels oral
op die pitte begin vorm. Laat dit afkoel tot
‘n hanteerbare temperatuur en gebruik dan
‘n skerp mes om die pitte van die mielies
af te sny.

2. Meng die heuning en suurlemoensap
in ‘n groot mengbak. Roer die mielies,
kersietamaties, sprietuie en roketblare by en
meng deur. Roer die suurroom en sout en
vars gemaalde swartpeper na smaak by en sit
die slaai voor.
