Ingredients (8)

4.00 chicken — thighs, skins removed
6.00 carrots — medium, peeled
2.00 potatoes — peeled and halved
1.00 soup powder — chicken noodle
375.00 ml water — boiled
250.00 ml peas — frozen
250.00 ml sweetcorn — frozen
2.00 gem squash — halved

Method:

Place chicken on the base of a 2,5 litre glass bowl.
Arrange carrots and potatoes on top and sprinkle with chicken noodle soup.
Pour over boiling water, cover and microwave for 15 minutes on 100 per cent power.
Add peas, mealies and squashes and microwave for another 10 minutes.
