Melon salad

  • 1
    ripe green melon, cut into chunks
  • 3
    discs of feta cheese, crumbled
  • fresh mint or basil leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


Combine the chunks of melon, feta cheese, fresh mint or basil leaves and fruity olive oil.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.

Instead of the feta, use sliced Parma ham.
