Ingredients (6)

3.00 melons — ripe
500.00 ml raspberry juice
60.00 ml sugar
400.00 ml port
750.00 ml wine — red
250.00 ml water

Method:

Halve the melons and remove the seeds. Peel and dice the fruit or scoop out balls.
Pour over the juice, sugar, port and red wine and stir carefully. Cover and chill for 5 hours.
Add the chilled mineral water just before serving.
