350.00 g beef mince — extra-lean
2.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
30.00 ml fresh parsley — finely chopped
15.00 ml fresh sage — finely chopped
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
1.00 onion — finely chopped
green chilli — halved, chopped
410.00 g tomatoes — whole peeled and finely chopped
15.00 ml tomato purée
125.00 g pasta — spaghetti

Method:

Mix the mince, garlic, parsley and sage in a mixing bowl. Season well with salt and pepper and roll into 10 small meatballs. Heat the oil and fry the meatballs until browned. Remove from the pan and fry the onion and chilli in the oil until tender. Add th
