Ingredients (4)

500.00 g beef mince
60.00 g soup powder — brown onion
250.00 ml Buttermilk
30.00 ml oil

Method:

Lightly mix the mince, soup powder and buttermilk together using a fork and shape into 12 meatballs. In a heavy-based saucepan, fry the meatballs in heated oil till done. Transfer the meatballs to a serving dish and keep warm. Prepare instant sauce of your choice in the pan. Spoon the sauce over the meatballs and serve with pasta, boiled potatoes or rice.
Serves 6.
