  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 1
    lemon juice
  • 3/4
    grapeseed oil
  • 1
    mustard seeds
  • salt to taste

Beat the egg yolk and lemon juice until light and creamy.
Still beating, allow the oil to trickle into the egg mixture.
When it starts to thicken, you can add the oil a little faster, but don’t be over eager. It will separate.
Once all the oil has been added, mix in the mustard seeds and salt.
