100.00 g butter
500.00 ml icing sugar
25.00 ml milk

Method:

Mix a batch of butter icing by beating butter and icing suga, then add vanilla essence and milk, and beat until light and fluffy.
Use a pair of scissors to cut marshmallows into slices and then in half to form the petals. Ice the cupcakes, then arrange the petals on each cupcake.
