Ingredients (8)

125.00 ml cream cheese
100.00 g white chocolate — melted
5.00 ml — strawberry or vanilla
125.00 g icing sugar — sifted
125.00 ml peanuts — unsalted, chopped
1.00 biscuits — cookie cup cones
1.00 marshmallows — large, cut into pieces
0.00 coloured sprinkles — 100s and 1000s

Method:

Mix together the cream cheese and melted chocolate.
Add the essence.
Stir in the icing sugar or beat in using an electric beater.
Stir in the peanuts.
Half fill cone cups with marshmallows and cover with prepared filling.
Sprinkle each one with hundreds and thousands and refrigerate until ready to serve.
