Marshmallow fairy cups

    cream cheese
  • 100
    white cooking chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 5
    strawberry or vanilla essence
  • 125
    icing sugar, sifted
  • 125
    unsalted peanuts, chopped
  • 1
    box cookie cup cones
  • 1
    packet small marshmallows or larger ones, cut into pieces
  • hundreds and thousands


Mix together the cream cheese and melted chocolate.
Add the essence.
Stir in the icing sugar or beat in using an electric beater.
Stir in the peanuts.
Half fill cone cups with marshmallows and cover with prepared filling.
Sprinkle each one with hundreds and thousands and refrigerate until ready to serve.
