Mars Bar pudding

    cream cheese
  • 3
    Mars Bars (or Bar Ones), chopped
  • 250
    cream, whipped
  • 700
  • 180
    chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 200
    chocolate-sandwiched biscuits, coarsely crushed
  • 50
    grated chocolate


Mix together the cream cheese and Mars Bars. Fold in the whipped cream. Whisk together the milk and instant pudding. Allow to set for 5 minutes in the fridge. Spoon a third of the instant pudding into a glass pudding bowl. Sprinkle with half the crushed biscuit pieces, then add half the cream cheese mixture. Repeat the layers, ending with the remaining third of the chocolate pudding mixture. Spoon on the cream cheese filling and top with the remaining instant pudding mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining Mars Bar pieces and grated chocolate and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until set.
