Ingredients (6)

1.00 beef — flank steak
MARINADE
50.00 ml oil
20.00 ml lemon juice
100.00 ml orange juice
1.00 garlic — small cloves
5.00 ml dried thyme

Method:

Score the meat in diamond shapes on both sides.
Mix together the marinade ingredients and marinate the flank for four hours, or overnight.
Heat a riffle pan to smoking hot. Dry the steak with paper towel and grill for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.
Carve the meat at a 45° angle and serve immediately.
