Ingredients (10)

500.00 g baby potatoes — scrubbed clean
250.00 ml cherry tomatoes — quartered
125.00 g bacon — back, grilled
1.00 spring onions — chopped
15.00 ml fresh parsley — chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
SALAD DRESSING
65.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
30.00 ml vinegar — balsamic
30.00 ml lemon juice
honey — to taste

Method:

Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water until tender. Drain and add the remaining salad ingredients. Blend the ingredients for the salad dressing and pour over the salad. Mix carefully and chill. Marinate for a few hours before serving and serve cold.
Serves 4-6.
