Ingredients (12)

800.00 g tuna — fresh, cubed
1.00 cucumber — English
MARINADE
200.00 ml yoghurt — natural
150.00 ml coconut milk
2.00 ml dried chilli — crushed
2.00 red chilli
5.00 ml lemongrass — fresh, chopped
2.00 ml fresh ginger — chopped
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
5.00 ml honey
30.00 ml fresh coriander — chopped
salt — to taste

Method:

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Wash tuna and pat dry. Slice cucumber thickly and quarter each slice.
Thread tuna and cucumber alternately on the skewers. Set aside.
MARINADE: Mix all ingredients and marinate tune and cucumber skewers in it for 1 to 4 hours.
Preheat grill. Place skewers on rack of a roasting pan and grill for 2 to 4 minutes. Turn skewers and grill until done, 2 to 4 minutes.
