1.00 onion — small, chopped
100.00 ml wine — dry white
500.00 g mixed seafood — defrosted, drained
45.00 ml tomato sauce
150.00 g mozzarella cheese — or Emmental cheese
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
fresh oregano — chopped

Method:

1. Place the onion and wine in a saucepan; reduce until half. Stir in the marinara mix, simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain through a sieve and set aside.
2. Brush deep-pan pizza dough (see recipe) with herb oil, tomato sauce and spoon drained marinara mix on top. Season with salt, black pepper and herbs. Cover with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for 30 to 35 minutes.
