Marian's ice cream

  • 4
    eggs, separated
  • 500
  • 397
    sweetened Nestlé condensed milk
  • 5
    vanilla essence


Whisk egg whites until thick. Set aside. Whip cream until stiff, then add sweetened condensed milk and whip to blend. Add egg yolks and whip to blend. Stir in vanilla essence, then fold into egg whites. Pour into a rigid plastic container and freeze for 1 hour, or until starting to freeze at edges. Transfer to a bowl and beat well to remove ice crystals. Return to plastic container, then freeze completely.
