Ingredients (3)

1.00 Litres lemon juice
400.00 g sugar
200.00 ml tequila

Method:

Whisk lemon juice and sugar until sugar dissolves. Stir in tequila.
Freeze in plastic container, stirring frequently to break up ice crystals, until completely frozen.
Serve scoops of sorbet in ice bowls for a pretty centrepiece.
