Ingredients (4)

3.00 mangoes
125.00 ml sugar
125.00 ml water
15.00 ml lemon juice

Method:

Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh from the stone. Purée the flesh.
Dissolve the sugar in the water over low heat, stirring continuously. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Cool slightly.
Add the syrup and lemon juice to the mango purée and process until well blended. The syrup may be frozen.
