Mango groove

  • 1
    large mango, peeled and cut into thick wedges
  • 125
    pistachio nuts, chopped
  • Nomu sweet rub, available from large supermarkets and delis


Arrange the mango on a plate.
Mix the nuts and the sweet rub together and place in a small bowl.
To eat, dip the mango into the nut and spice mixture. Serve with bubbly or a glass of chilled Masala wine.
