Mango atjar

  • 410
    mango atjar
  • 400
    coconut milk
  • fresh coriander
  • toasted coconut
  • unsalted peanuts


Pour off the excess oil in the atjar and process until smooth in a food processor.
Add the coconut milk and stir until well blended.
Garnish with coriander leaves, toasted coconut and peanuts.
