Ingredients (7)

50.00 ml sunflower oil
10.00 ml curry powder — mild
600.00 g mixed seafood — frozen
100.00 g crabsticks — frozen
12.00 mussels — fresh, cooked
800.00 g tinned tomatoes — Indian-style, chopped
25.00 ml sugar

Method:

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the curry powder until fragrant.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.
Serve with basmati rice, coconut, chutney, bana, plain yoghurt mixed with a little grated cucumber and poppadoms.
