Ingredients (6)

250.00 g pasta — elbow macaroni
9.00 sausages — viennas, cut into pieces
oil
250.00 g cottage cheese — chunky
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
fresh thyme

Method:

Cook the macaroni in rapidly boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
In the meantime, fry the sausages in a little oil until done. Mix with the macaroni and cottage cheese, season to taste with salt and black pepper and sprinkle with thyme. Serve with a salad.
Serves 4.
