1.00 fish
125.00 ml flour
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste
oil
1.00 onion — chopped
1.00 tomatoes — medium, chopped

Method:

Gut and clean fish. Coat well with seasoned flour. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry fish on both sides until nicely browned and cooked. Make relish by frying onion, tomato and cayenne pepper in a bit of oil in a separate pan. At the same time, braise shredded cabbage in margarine until soft. Serve fish whole and place on a bed of braised cabbage, samp and beans. Top with tomato relish.
