Ingredients (3)

800.00 ml strawberries — roughly chopped
30.00 ml castor sugar
1.00 Litres ice cream — low fat, diet

Method:

Process the strawberries and castor sugar until fine and press through a sieve. Process a little of the sauce and ice cream at a time until smooth. Turn into a dish and freeze until firm. Serve garnished with mint leaves if desired.
Serves 4.
