Ingredients (9)

250.00 g bacon — cut into pieces
500.00 g liver — cleaned, sliced
2.00 onion — sliced
250.00 g mushrooms — halved
oil — extra
440.00 g pineapple — cut into chunks
410.00 g tomato and onion mix
5.00 ml soy sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Fry bacon until slightly crisp. Brown liver and set aside.
Sauté onion and mushrooms in oil until soft.
Add pineapple chunks, pineapple syrup and tomato and onion mix. Season with soy sauce and salt and pepper.
Heat until the sauce has thickened nicely.
Add the bacon and liver, heating until warmed through.
