Ingredients (6)

400 ml lemon juice
100 ml olive oil — extra virgin
1 garlic — cloves, crushed
fresh rosemary
200 ml honey
2 mustard

Method:

Combine
all of the above ingredients and start tasting – again, your taste buds
are not going to be the same as mine.
I would perhaps suggest you mix the lemon juice and  olive oil first and add the other
ingredients one by one – to your liking.

Out
with your funnel and fill up your salad dressing bottle and this
amount will last you for ages. You must keep it refrigerated.

Tip:
You
could also pour this over some nice grilled or braai’d fish or lamb or
pork – it’s totally versatile. You could even marinate a baby chicken
in this and bang it on the braai or in the oven.
