Two-ingredient caramel fudge

  • 1
    can caramel
  • 450
    white chocolate, broken into squares
  • pinch of salt
  • icing sugar (optional)

Grease a 21 x 16 x 4cm baking tin and line with baking paper.

1. Combine the canned caramel and chocolate in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

2. Add salt to taste.

3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin, smooth and refrigerate for about 3 hours until firm. Lift out onto a cutting board, remove the baking paper and cut into squares. Sprinkle icing sugar over (if using).
