Quick and easy mango parfaits

Ingredients

  • 2
    large ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced or 1 can (410g) mango slices, drained
  • 250
    ml
    plain yoghurt
  • 125
    ml
    granola
  • Fresh coconut pieces, optional
  • 60
    ml
    honey
 

Method

 

Arrange a few mango slices into a serving glass, top with ¼ cup yoghurt.

Top with granola.

Repeat layers ending with granola, garnish with coconut pieces and drizzle with honey.
