Mango passion smoothie

Ingredients 6
Servings half a litre
Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2
    ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2
    bananas, sliced
  • Pulp from 2 granadillas
  • 30
    ml
    sugar
  • 250
    ml
    yoghurt
  • 250
    ml
    low fat milk
 

Method

 

Place all the ingredients in a blender.

Blitz until smooth.

Refrigerate until needed.

Pour into bottles and seal with the lid.
