Healthy caprese corn salad

Ingredients

    whole kernel corn
  • 500

    halved cherry tomatoes (assorted colours)

    mozzarella balls, large dice
  • 125
    ml
    sliced fresh basil

    Italian seasoning
  • 3
    ml
    garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

    balsamic vinegar

    extra virgin olive oil
 

Method

 

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

Toss lightly until ingredients are completely mixed and coated in dressing.

Garnish with herbs just before serving.
