Gluten-free banana split pancakes


Gluten-free pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2
    bananas, mashed
  • 2
    eggs
  • 125
    ml
    almond flour
  • 5
    ml
    ground cinnamon
  • 10
    ml
    sugar
  • 250
    ml
    milk
  • butter, for frying
  • 60
    ml
    peanut butter
  • 1
    banana, sliced
  • maple syrup
 

Method

Baking: 5 min a pancake
 

Pancakes

1. Mix all the pancake ingredients to form a smooth batter.

2. In a medium nonstick frying pan, melt the butter and pour in 60ml of the batter to make 1 pancake.

3. Swirl the batter around to cover the entire pan. Cook until little bubbles form at the sides.

4. Turn over and cook the other side.

5. Repeat until all the batter is used up.

To serve

6. Spread some peanut butter over the pancake, top with a few banana slices and drizzle some syrup over.
