Fish and Parmesan stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 4 large brown mushrooms, wiped clean
  • 300
    g
    hake fillets, parboiled and flaked
  • 180
    ml
    tomato and herbs pasta sauce
  • 65
    ml
    grated Parmesan cheese
  • 80
    ml
    grated Mozzarella cheese
 

Method

 

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Remove the stems from the mushrooms.

Place mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with foil or baking paper, gill sides up. In a small bowl, combine flaked fish with pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Stir until well combined.

Spread the fish mixture evenly on top of prepared mushrooms.

Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

Bake mushrooms in the preheated oven until tender and cheese is melted and golden, about 15-17 minutes.
