Double pork sausages

Ingredients

  • 250
    g
    streaky bacon
  • 8
    pork sausages
 

Method

 

Preheat the oven to 200°C and place the rack in the upper level of the oven.

Cover a baking sheet with foil and place it in the oven to preheat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Wrap strips of bacon around each sausage.

Arrange the sausages, seam side down, on the heated baking sheet and cook until the sausages are cooked through and the bacon is golden and crispy on edges.

Drain on paper towels and serve with potato chips or wedges.
