    Gouda cheese, grated

    croissants
  • 4
    slices of Gouda cheese

    cheese griller sausages

Method

Preheat the oven to 230°C.

1. Fry the bacon until crisp and set aside.

2.Whisk each egg separately, season with salt and pepper and set aside.

3. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat and add 5ml (1t) butter. Once the butter has melted, pour in one whisked egg and fry on both sides to make an omelette.

4. Sprinkle a little of the grated cheese on the omelette and fold in half, remove from the pan and repeat with the rest of the eggs.

5. Cut open the croissants. Put bacon strip on the bottom half of each one, followed by an omelette and a slice of cheese. Put all four bottom halves on a baking tray and grill under the oven grill for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

6. To serve Heat the cheese griller sausages according to packet instructions and serve with the beans and croissants.
