Ingredients (10)

250.00 g lentils — brown
0.00 salt
1.00 onion — chopped
400.00 g butter beans — tinned, drained
400.00 g red kidney beans — tinned and drained
400.00 g chickpeas — tinned
410.00 g green beans
250.00 ml sultanas
0.00 cumin — and paprika, ground
0.00 salad dressing — herb

Method:

Cook the brown lentils in boiling water until soft. Drain.
Rinse under cold running water. Season with salt.
Add the chopped onion and drained butter beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, green beans and sultanas.
Add the cumin and paprika to the dressing.
Pour over the salad and chill until needed.
