Lemon, rocket and Parmesan spaghetti

Ingredients (6)

250 g spaghetti — cooked
3 Tbs olive oil — extra virgin or parmesan infused
lemon — zest and juice
1 handful rocket
1/2 cup parmesan cheese — or pecorino cheese, grated
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

Toss the cooked pasta with the other ingredients and season to taste.

Serve with extra Parmesan.
