Lemon jelly cheesecake

  • 1 pkt Marie biscuites, crushed
  • 80
    butter melted
  • 1 pkt lemon jelly
  • 250
    boiling water
  • 250
    creamed cottage cheese
  • 397
    (1 can) Nestlé condensed milk
  • 60
    lemon juice
  • 155
    (1 small can) Nestlé dessert cream
  • lemon slices and cream for decoration (optional)


90 minutes setting time

Combine biscuits and butter, press into base and sides of a 20cm pie dish.
Dissolve jelly in the boiling water.
Allow to cool until syrupy.
Beat cottage cheese until smooth.
Add the Condensed Milk, beat until combined.
Add lemon juice, jelly and Dessert Cream.
Pour into prepared base.
Chill until set.
Decorate with whipped cream and the lemon slices if liked.
