Ingredients (5)

125.00 ml butter — soft
30.00 ml milk — hot
500.00 ml icing sugar
15.00 ml fresh lemon verbena — finely chopped
1.00 lemon juice

Method:

Mix everything together well until light and fluffy. Spread on the lemon verbena cake (see recipe) in light movements so that it forms little peaks. Use fresh lemon verbena leaves to decorate and for Christmas, add red glacé cherries.
Serve with refreshing lemon verbena lemonade (see recipe) on Christmas day!
