Lemon cream

Ingredients 4
Servings 4


  • 250
    good quality lemon curd
  • 250
    mascarpone cheese
  • 125
    thick Greek yoghurt
  • icing sugar to serve


Place lemon curd and cheese in a bowl and mix well. Fold in yoghurt.
To serve, spoon mixture into individual bowls or cups and cover with sifted icing sugar.
Serve with ginger snaps or fresh fruit.
