Ingredients (10)

1.00 leg of lamb — cut into large cubes
4.00 onions — large, chopped
sunflower oil — for frying
35.00 g curry powder
3.00 garlic — cloves, chopped
820.00 g tomato and onion mix
4.00 apples — peeled, cored, chopped
250.00 g apricots — dried, chopped
125.00 g peaches — dried, chopped
100.00 ml chutney — hot

Method:

1. Fry the onions until tender, put to one side. Brown the lamb in the same pan. When well browned, put meat, onions and remaining ingredients into a large ovenproof dish with a lid.
2. Cook in a preheated oven at 190 ºC for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
