Lamb-filled pita breads

    natural yoghurt
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 10
    lemon juice
  • 2
    sprigs mint, chopped
  • 350
    cubed, leftover lamb pieces
  • 4
    pita breads
  • 2
    tomatoes diced
  • cucumber, diced
  • 4
    lettuce leaves, shredded


1. Combine yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice and mint. 2. Add lamb cubes and mix well to coat. Season with salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper to taste. 3. Cut open pita breads and fill with salad ingredients. Top with lamb mixture and serve.
