Lamb cutlets with mashed potato

  • 8
    lamb cutlets
  • oil for grilling
  • salt and milled pepper
  • 1
    packet instant brown onion gravy
  • 4
    large potatoes, boiled and mashed with a little milk and seasoning


Set grill on highest setting. Brush cutlets with a little oil, season lightly and grill for 4 minutes on each side until cooked but still slightly pink inside. Prepare gravy according to packet instructions, pour over cutlets and mash and serve.
