Ingredients (7)

1.00 kg lamb — braai rib, cut up
125.00 ml braai — sauce
10.00 ml peri-peri — sauce
2.00 ml fresh ginger — finely grated
2.00 ml salt
30.00 ml Worcestershire sauce
30.00 ml soy sauce

Method:

Place the ribs in a dish, blend all the ingredients and pour over the ribs.
Marinate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Turn on the oven grill or braai.
If using the oven:
Place the ribs on the rack of an oven roasting tin and grill for 7-10 minutes for medium rare meat, or 10-12 minutes for well done meat. Baste frequently with the marinade.
If braaiing:
Place on a medium heat braai and cook for about 10 mins turning every now and again for medium rare or 15-20 for well done.
If you want tender fall-off-the-bone, cook on a medium to low heat for 40-1 hr turning occasionally.
