15.00 ml sout
0.00 freshly ground black pepper
6.00 rissies olyfolie

Method:

Meng al die bestandele (behalwe rissies en olyfolie) en vorm in balletjies. Sit die balletjies eers in die yskas sodat dit styf word. Ryg die balletjies dan op metaal-kebabstokke met die risse aan die einde. Voordat jy dit op die rooster sit, smeer die kebabs met olyfolie sodat dit nie aan die rooster vassit nie. Braai oor warm kole vir sowat 15 minute.
