Jungle cooler

  • crushed ice
  • pineapple juice
  • fresh orange juice
  • granadilla squash (cordial)
  • coconut milk
  • 1
    slice of fresh pineapple


Place a cup of crushed ice in a cocktail shaker. Add 4 parts pineapple juice, 2 parts fresh orange juice, 1 part granadilla squash and 1 part coconut milk. Shake well and strain into a tall glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
