Jolly Roger sailing ships

  • wafer biscuits
  • butter icing as needed (see recipe)
  • sponge finger biscuits


1. Cut each wafer biscuit diagonally to form both a small and a large sail. 2. Pipe butter icing onto boudoir biscuits; place the sails on the icing. 3. Leave to dry before arranging on plates.
