Ingredients (8)

5.00 ml sunflower oil
500.00 g chicken — sliced
60.00 ml oyster sauce
60.00 ml jam — chilli
300.00 g mangetout — sugar snap peas
400.00 g noodles — Chinese egg variety
0.00 fresh coriander — to serve
1.00 lemon — or lime, wedges

Method:

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan.
Add the chicken and stir-fry until browned.
Add the oyster sauce, jam and peas and cook for one minute.
Toss through the noodles and coriander.
Serve in bowls with a wedge of lemon or lime to squeeze over just before you eat.

Buy jars of chilli or jelly at supermarkets and delis.
