Ingredients (5)

400.00 g sponge cake — cubed
410.00 g youngberries — or strawberries
40.00 g instant pudding — strawberry
450.00 ml milk — cold
250.00 ml cream — fresh, whipped to stiff peaks

Method:

Arrange the sponge cake squares in a bowl. Drain the fruit, reserving the syrup. Pour the syrup over the cake.
Prepare the instant pudding according to instructions on the packet using the cold milk. Spoon pudding over the cake pieces and top with the stiffly whipped cream.
Chill before serving.
Serves 4.
